24-hour notice is required if a client is not able to keep an appointment.  

Credit Card- Credit/debit cards are required at time of booking to hold the appointment. YOU WILL ONLY BE CHAREGD PER POLICES LISTED BELOW. 

NO SHOW- Client will be charged the price for the service. If a coupon was added (i.e. Birthday Coupon) the coupon will be forfeited. The appointment slot will be held for up to 15 minutes after start time. If we have not heard from you before that you will lose the service and be charged. 

SAME DAY CANCEL- Client will be charged 100% if appointment is not able to be filled and will be notified if a charge was added.

Inclimate Weather- In the event of bad weather we will reach out to the clients if the clinic will be closed. If you are unable to make it to your appointment due to weather, please let us know earlier in the day to avoid any charges. Otherwise, we will assume you are coming and are subject to the cancellation and no-show policy.

Outstanding Balances- Any balances will be debited every Friday until paid. Outstanding balances 90+ days old will be sent to collection. Emails and letters will be sent.
